Terms of Service
Plain terms for using MotherTasker.
These terms are short on purpose. MotherTasker is here to help you translate experience into economic power, not bury you in fine print.
This is a general template and not legal advice. Please have a lawyer review it before funding, partnerships, or institutional use.

What MotherTasker provides
MotherTasker provides tools that help mothers and caregivers translate unpaid care, household, life, and work experience into skills, profile language, business ideas, and community or hiring pathways.
Free core product
The current core product is free to use. If paid features are added later, they should be clearly explained before anyone is charged.
Your stories and profiles
You own the stories, answers, and profile language you create or enter in MotherTasker. By using the app, you give MotherTasker permission to process that content only so the service can generate, save, show, copy, download, or share it in the ways you choose.
Accounts and profile links
If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Profiles are hidden by default, and you control whether a profile is hidden, community-visible, or public.
Acceptable use
- Do not use MotherTasker to harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm someone.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the service.
- Do not submit false hiring, community, or profile information in a way that harms others.
No guarantee of jobs, income, or business results
MotherTasker can help you name and present your experience. It cannot guarantee a job, client, contract, income, interview, partnership, or business result.
Service provided as-is
MotherTasker is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop while the product is still being built. We work to keep it useful and respectful, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Ending access
You can stop using MotherTasker at any time. We may limit or end access if someone misuses the service, creates risk for others, or violates these terms.
Governing law
The governing law placeholder is GOVERNING_LAW. This should be reviewed and filled in by counsel before institutional use.
