United States. HUD's locator lists approved agencies by location; not every agency offers every service.
Renters, homebuyers and homeowners. Each agency confirms which services it offers; HUD approval does not guarantee an outcome.
Foreclosure, eviction and homelessness counseling is free. Other services may have a small fee, which agencies must waive if you cannot afford it.
